Beagle Board
|
The
Beagle Board
low-cost, fan-less single board computer utilizes the
Texas Instruments OMAP3530
application processor to deliver laptop-like performance and expansion without the bulk, expense, or noise of typical desktop machines. The
TI OMAP3530
features an
ARM Cortex-A8
MCU
subsystem with highly accurate branch prediction and 256KB L2 cache running at up to 600MHz. The
Beagle Board´s high-speed
USB 2.0 OTG
port can be used to provide power to the board or deliver highly flexible expansion. This
single board computer
allows standard
PC peripherals
to be connected using the
USB
with a
mini-A
to
standard-A
cable adapter,
DVI-D
using an
HDMI
to
DVI-D
adapter or through the
MMC/SD/SDIO
connector. The
Beagle Board
also includes state of the art
POWERVR
™ graphics hardware that renders 10 million polygons per second.
